Are you bored with deep-fried squid rings? If so, you got to try this Thai Style Stir-Fried Squid dish I made for you! It is a healthier version and is full of flavours. Best of all, this dish takes less then 20 minutes from preparing to serving on the table! And it goes well with steamed rice.

2. Ingredients
📌Ingredients:
❣️500g gutted and skinless squids
❣️350g green chilli (choose the thin skin ones)
❣️100g red chilli
❣️5 shallots
❣️8 cloves of garlic
3. Seasonings
❣️4 table spoons of cooking veg oil
❣️2 table spoons of white wine
❣️Half table spoon of sugar
❣️One table spoon of fish sauce
❣️Half fresh lemon juices
❣️Half table spoon dark colour soy sauce
4. Preparation
■ Chop the green and red chillies into 3 to 4 cm long diamond shape pieces (if you prefer not too hot, you can deseed and devein the chilli)
■ Slice the shallots
■ Cut the squid into similar size pieces as the chilli
■ Crush the garlic cloves and roughly chop
5. Cooking Steps
■ Heap up the wok at high heat, then add 2 table spoon of cooking oil, the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 40 seconds. Then take out from the wok;
■ Turn the heat to low level, add another 2 table spoons of cooking oil, then add the garlic and fry for a few seconds
■ Add the squids in the wok, turn the heat to high level;
■ Add all the other seasonings
■ Stir-fry the squid for 1 minute
■ Add back the cooked vegetables in the wok, mix well with the squid for a few second.
■ Turn off the fire and take out to the plate and serve immediately.
